Ordered from their website, customer service called to say the doors maybe a slightly different shade of grey.
The item turned up promptly with three different grey colour panels, two with rust marks and small holes.
After a quick call to customer service and a few photos we now have a lovely blue windbreak. ( the only colour they could guarantee a colour match ) Apart from everyone thinking we have a swimming pool on the side of the van it’s very well made and goes up easily.
Thank you for your fast service, could please tell me how narrow are the narrowest panels you make, as l have seen same that go between the Gate and the caravan, and they were appox 12" wide. If you make them how much are they please.

We bought this in grey and were contacted after purchase to be told the gates would be a slightly different shade, what we didn't expect is when it arrived, the gates and two entire sides were a totally different colour grey to the long panel (which was delivered dirty, out of the packaging, and with a blue pen mark on it.) We contacted them straight away because of their policy of not sorting out any issues after 48 hours (pretty sure this is against UK consumer law). To give them their due they offered to refund if we sent it back. As it would cost us a fortune to send it back, we asked if they could collect it, which they eventually said yes to. (We had to wait for the response, which came the next day).
They said they could swap the fabric for the blue colour but that the grey and green all had colour discrepancies and they were out of stock of the red, but that this couldn't be done until next week.
We bought this in time for our camping trip and needed something to keep the dogs in, which meant if we agreed to this we would have nothing, and would have to cancel our holiday at cost to us, so we said instead we would be happy with a gesture of goodwill, however small, for the inconvenience and the fact that it is a very expensive item to be delivered with such big flaws. We were told that wouldn't happen. Really awful, awful customer service, for which we have contacted Trading Standards, not for a refund, but to look into their somewhat spurious terms and conditions. Buyers, beware.
Having had numerous attempts at stopping our dogs escaping when away in our caravan. Several expensive windbreaks in the bin or ebay finally had the eurica moment with coreva. Excellent quality
The straps are fine but charging £20 post and packaging for something that would have cost less than £5 to post with Royal Mail is daylight robbery. Shame on you

Still waiting for delivery of the windbreak, I phoned after a week to be told they were waiting for some horizontal bars and nothing again since then!
The strength of this windbreak along with the height makes it the strongest windbreak we’ve had for keeping our high jumping Cocker spaniel safe within our pitch, plus it gives privacy for grandchildren etc.
I cannot praise highly enough! Yes it’s expensive but you get what you pay for many times over and customer services have been super helpful with us.
Such good quality needed to add on to our original windbreaker we bought 7years ago which is still amazing

I ordered a couple of corner posts extra so I could put it up in the shape I wanted. Just could have done with ordering some more bits and pieces to finish it of more strongly. Found putting the each section together difficult, very tight, hopefully will get easier as fabric stretches with use.
